Affiliations & Initiatives
I’m proud to lead and contribute to a range of initiatives that reflect my commitment to education, leadership, and service. Each organization and program I’m affiliated with was built to uplift others, close equity gaps, and empower communities to thrive.

LIFE3 Academy Charter School
LIFE3 Academy is proudly located on the historic grounds of St. Jude Educational Institute—a landmark of resilience, established in 1946 to provide educational equality to the African American community. During the Selma to Montgomery March in 1965, St. Jude served as a place of refuge and renewal for civil rights leaders.
With that same spirit, LIFE3 Academy continues the work of restoration and empowerment. We provide a high-quality K–6 education that blends academic excellence with character development and community engagement. Through our innovative programs and dedicated faculty, we are shaping scholars who are confident, capable, and ready to lead.
LIFE Educational Solutions
At LIFE Educational Solutions, we guide aspiring charter school founders through every step of building and sustaining high-quality, mission-driven schools. Our services include strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty training, and operational support—empowering leaders to create educational environments where students excel, teachers grow, and communities rise.
We specialize in supporting founders who are passionate about equity, innovation, and transforming public education into a system of opportunity and impact.

The Veteran Founders Academy
A signature initiative of LIFE Educational Solutions, The Veteran Founders Academy equips military veterans with the tools, training, and confidence to lead in the education sector. Veterans learn to apply their leadership skills to school environments through real-world scenarios, strategic collaboration, and community-centered action.
This program gives veterans a powerful new mission: to continue serving their country by shaping the future of education—one school, one student, one community at a time.
